Spotted a street light that isn’t working? Did you find some fly-tipping that needs to be cleaned up? You can make a service request online for issues that aren’t urgent.
Making a service request ensures that Council knows about the problem and can take appropriate steps to fix it. If you make the request online, you can attach photos and video to show exactly what the problem is. We’ve even made a short video to demonstrate how easy it is!
If the issue is urgent, for example a water leak, it is best to report it over the phone on 03 756 9010.
