Digital Direct Debit form

With the upgrade of our website, we are progressively digitising our processes to make it easier for customers to complete forms. Moving away from a paper-based or pdf system is more environmentally friendly and efficient for customers and staff.

The first digital process that we have available on our website is the direct debit form, which is completely digital and paper free for accounts with a single signatory. Find out more about setting up a direct debit and apply online under ‘Setting up a direct debit payment’.

If customers prefer, a pdf form is still available and can be downloaded from the website or from the Customer Service desk, phone 0800 474 834 to request a form.
